1. The service
Vidlune (the "Service") is a movement-practice player provided by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS]. It lets you slow down, loop, mirror and step through videos on your device, draw on them, put two videos side by side and save clips. By using the Service you accept these terms.
2. Your videos
Only use videos that are yours or that you have permission to use. You are responsible for what you open, save and share with the Service. Infringing other people's copyright, trademark, personality or privacy rights is not allowed.
3. Saved clips
Clips you save are processed on our server and deleted automatically within 1 hour. Keep your own copy of anything you need.
4. Free plan, launch period and Pro
Free plan: all practice tools, 3 markers per video, 10 clips a day and videos up to 3 minutes; ads are shown.
Launch period (web): Until the mobile app is released, Pro features may be free in the web version; the limits that apply are shown in the app. This period may end without notice; ads are still shown during it.
Vidlune Pro (app): a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription that adds unlimited markers, no ads, clips without a watermark at up to 1080p and longer videos. The price is shown in the app before you buy; payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. If a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you subscribe and it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The subscription renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Pro is tied to the store account you bought it with; use "Restore purchases" on devices signed in to that account. Refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from and applicable consumer law, including the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
5. Prohibited use
You may not overload the Service with automated tools, try to get around its limits or security, or use it for illegal or obscene content, child abuse material or hate speech. If you do, we may restrict access.
6. Copyright notices
If you believe your rights are infringed, use the Copyright Notice page or write to [email protected]. We review notices within 48 hours.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee it will always run without interruption or errors. Except for intent and gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages. These terms do not limit your rights under consumer law.
8. Changes
We may change these terms and will update the date at the top. We announce changes that affect a paid subscription in advance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of [CITY] have jurisdiction; your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved. If you live in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country also apply.
